The Cookie Factory: Experience Sweet Delights in Troy, NY

Second time after a few years away. Clean place. Large and filled with more treats than you can imagine. I tried the fudge brownie, fudged chocolate chip cookie and the peanut butter cookie. Many other things looked great, especially the cinnamon bread. This is a solid three and a half star place. The brownie was good but should have been much more dense and flavorful. The fudged chocolate chip cookie was lacking taste/freshness but was still good. The peanut butter cookie was also just good and the best out of the my three selections. Two other co-worker's bought treats and they said they loved them so perhaps I'm just here on the wrong day. Worth a try if you are in Troy.

The big Eclairs are delicious. Their new offering of bagels are okay. Usually overdone and if you order delivery they are always the overdone ones you get. Never ordered their pies or cakes but they look delicious. Service is always very nice

This review is basically for their new bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I am all about kettle boiled bagels. Theirs look a little overdone but they are not. They are really delicious. Even going out of my way a bit to get them. Only thing missing is a drive thru! Thank you

Very nice establishment for bakery items. Many different items of cookies and other items. Very clean inside with a few tables to sit at to enjoy your treat for yourself if you choose. The service was very fast and polite. Picked up a cake and some other items. I had an oatmeal raisin cookie which was amazing. Plus I also ordered a small blueberry cheese cake cup. Well worth the trip if you are in the area stop in get something sweet for yourself.

The Cookie Factory is TOP TIER! They made my cake for my gender reveal and the cake came out absolutely amazing! Better than the inspiration picture I provided! The details on the cake were amazing, the cake tasted amazing and my guests were amazed by not only how amazing the cake tasted but the PRICE which is affordable! Recommend all my guests! Thank you so much Cookie Factory! I will definitely be ordering for my baby shower!

In need of a sugar fix??? This is the place! We went in to get a few cookies for desert. We didn't realize a few cookies equated to a few dozen! They were all tasty. Real tasty!
